Client Identification

According to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act, among other things, legal service providers have to verify the identity of clients before accepting an assignment and, in certain situations, report unusual transactions to a central authority. Terms of Service

The terms of service of Meritable have been deposited at the Court Registry of The Hague District Court under number 9/2020. They apply to all services performed by Meritable. A copy of these Terms of Service can be requested free of charge or accessed at https://meritable.net/terms-of-service/.

Before we start our services we will also provide a copy of the Service Conditions in our quotation or you will have to accept the terms of the Terms of Service before making a purchase online.

We refer to our Terms of Service for more information on the types of services, fees, limitation of liability, applicable law, choice of forum, etc. Each service we offer is described in more detail in a service specification which can be found on the relevant online service page or in the quotation we provided before starting the service.
